Centrally located with easy access to local shops and Jephson Gardens just a minute away. The dining area has a modern feel after recent refurbishment, providing a good selection of hot and continental breakfast options.
The room felt a bit damp upon arrival and required opening the stiff window for proper ventilation. The combined shower gel and shampoo didn’t seem effective, leading to a switch to personal products, and towels were only provided for one, needing a request for extras. Parking at £12 per night feels a bit steep, and leaving your key at reception is outdated, but the constant staff presence helps alleviate any concerns.

The Double Room was quite comfy, with a really clean bathroom and a shower that had great pressure. There was plenty of tea and coffee. I liked how spacious it felt with those high ceilings. The bed was decent, but I found it a bit on the hard side with soft pillows which might not be for everyone. everything worked well for my one-night stay.
